‍Can you tell us a little bit about how you first heard about Courtly and why you decided to use our platform for your wedding?

I first heard about Courtly when I read an article about Utah legalizing remote weddings. As soon as I read it, I knew that's what we wanted for our wedding, a simple, low-fuss ceremony that we can have in the comfort of our own home. I started researching the best platform that can take care of our needs and that's when I found Courtly. The team at Courtly was very responsive and helpful so we decided to get married through their platform.

‍How did you envision your non-traditional wedding? How did Courtly help you bring that vision to life?

I always wanted my wedding to be non-traditional, simple, and intimate. I wanted to focus on the most important thing, which is our commitment to each other. Courtly provided us with an easy and stress-free way to have the wedding we wanted, in a way that felt true to us. They helped us bring our vision to life and we couldn't be happier.

‍Can you describe the planning process for your wedding using Courtly? Was it easy and stress-free?

The whole thing was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The process of applying for our marriage license, hiring the officiant, and even getting an apostilled copy of the marriage certificate was all taken care of by Courtly. The platform was easy to use, and the team was always available to answer any questions we had.

How did your friends and family react to the idea of a non-traditional wedding using Courtly? Were they able to attend and participate in the ceremony?

My friends and family were a bit surprised when we first told them about our plans for a non-traditional wedding using Courtly. But once we explained how it works and how easy it was, they were all on board. They were excited for us and couldn't wait to see us get married.

We invited a few of our loved ones to join us in the ceremony, and it was a special moment for all of us even though they weren't able to be there in person. Our wedding day was exactly how I imagined it would be, intimate and low-fuss. The ceremony was simple yet meaningful. We were able to focus on our special moment, and we didn't have to worry about anything else. Courtly made it possible for us to have the wedding we wanted, and I'm sure they can do the same for other couples.
